AUSTIN, Texas – Hart InterCivic, an Austin-based voting and geo-content technology company, has named Bryan Klann its new Senior Vice President of Sales.

“Bryan has over 15 years experience at successfully setting and executing strategies that drive revenue while maximizing operating income and meeting customers' needs,” said Gregg Burt, president and CEO of Hart InterCivic. “Bryan has vast experience in the government market segment. His experience includes enterprise government operations solutions and Enterprise Content Management applications, which are critical areas to our future growth.”

Klann moves to Hart InterCivic from serving as vice president of sales at Sage Software. At Sage Klann was responsible for a team of professionals who drove new license, upgrade license, professional services, training services and maintenance revenue.

“I was looking to take a sales team to the next level, and Hart InterCivic provides that opportunity and more,” said Klann. “Hart is an industry leader with a superior portfolio and a great future ahead of it. I am excited about expanding Hart's already broad footprint to the government sector that I am extremely familiar with.”

Prior to Sage, Klann was vice president of strategic alliances and channels at Hansen Information Technologies, of Sacramento, California. Hansen is a software developer of enterprise government operations solutions (permitting, licensing, utility billing and infrastructure asset management) specifically designed for the State, Local and Federal government markets. Klann's career has included experience as a senior sales manager with Day Software AG of Basel, Switzerland, as well as with Xalt Software.

Bryan lives in Northwest Austin with his wife and 3 daughters.
